Tell us what’s off
Something too strong, a rule that didn’t make sense, a bug, a slow screen. You don’t need an account. In a match, the Feedback button in the top bar sends the same form with the match details filled in.
What happens to a report
- Balance reports are grouped by what they name and which way it’s off. Recent reports, and reports from signed-in players, count for more, so the most reported problems come first.
- Rule changes are tested in bot-against-bot matches before they ship. When a change addresses a report, the report is marked with the version that changed it.
- Bugs and the rest go on the same list, with the details shown under “What’s sent with this”. We don’t reply to reports unless you’re signed in and tick the box to say we can.
Reports are kept for two years. The privacy page lists what’s stored.
